I need more than what you have in stock, how do I order enough for my project?

If you ever need larger amounts of something, or a single dye lot, feel free to shoot me a message! I'm more than happy to take larger orders. Please email me at SeattleSkyDyeworks@gmail.com and I'll get you taken care of. 

How long will it take my order to ship?

Covid has uprooted everyone's life, including mine. Because of some wonky circumstances, most of my inventory is kept off site, and I usually access it once a week. Depending on when your order was purchased, it could be shipped same day, but it could take up to 8 days to ship! Whenever we ship your order, you'll be emailed tracking information. For whatever reason, it's common for this email to go to spam, even if your purchase confirmation arrived just fine, so make sure you check the spam folder if it's been more than 8 days. We appreciate your patience <3

Can I visit your studio?

I work out of my home studio, and unfortunately, due to Covid, I cannot accept any studio or home visits. 

I live in close, can I pick up my order from you?

In the past I've been able to arrange free pickup with local yarn stores playing go between, specifically the shops that I teach at. Covid ruins the party yet again, in that I'm no longer teaching and offering pickups. If you absolutely have to have something in a rush and it's ready to go, feel free to shoot me an email at SeattleSkyDyeworks@gmail.com and we can discuss an exception!

When will you be teaching/doing trunk shows/fiber arts shows again?

As soon as it is safe! I miss all of you terribly much. I've dabbled with digital classes but have yet to find a format or software that meets my educational quality standards. I do have a few "drop and run" trunk shows in the works (in that I won't be at the trunk show, I'm just dropping my yarn and running) so I'll make sure to post dates and times when those are nailed down.
