I need more than what you have in stock, how do I order enough for my project?
If you ever need larger amounts of something, or a single dye lot, feel free to shoot me a message! I'm more than happy to take larger orders. Please email me at SeattleSkyDyeworks@gmail.com and I'll get you taken care of.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Since the beginning of covid, most of our inventory moved off site. We ship at minimum once a week. Whenever we ship your order, you'll be emailed tracking information. For whatever reason, it's common for this email to go to spam, even if your purchase confirmation arrived just fine, so make sure you check the spam folder!
Can I visit your studio?
I work out of my home studio, and unfortunately, I cannot accept any studio or home visits. However, I spend a lot of time teaching at Seattle Yarn, feel free to schedule a time to visit me there before or after a class!
I live in close, can I pick up my order from you?
I do not offer pickups unless pre-arranged. Feel free to email me at SeattleSkyDyeworks@gmail.com and we can arrange a time, the place will most likely be Seattle Yarn immediately before or after a class.
What is your return policy?
I do not accept returns unless the item(s) is defective.
Are you accepting new wholesale clients?
